After you have submitted your inquiry above, we will reach out to you within 1-2 business days once we have reviewed your submission.

Depending on where you are in the design process/ decision making stages, we may ask a few additional questions (also a great time to ask any additional questions you may have for us) before proceeding with the first round of 3D renderings to start bringing your piece to life. These will be emailed to you so you can better visualize the design. It typically takes a few drafts before nailing down a final design, but once it's approved by you then we can get started! 

The design stage moves at your pace so there is no rush in making decisions!  

Depending on the design, size and wood species of your piece, you can expect between 5-8 weeks to complete the build and arrange delivery. Although this estimate can vary, we make sure to keep you up to date as we progress with your build!

All local delivery (within 150 miles of where we are based in Salisbury, NC) is handled in-house. For long distance shipping (contiguous United States) we work with our trusted carriers to get your new piece delivered safe and sound.
