Nichols and Stone Rocking Chair
Nichols and Stone 'Boston Rocker' rocking chair made in Gardner, MA in the 1960's. The chair is constructed from solid walnut and is finished in "Old Pine" as described on the original label. The chair features long back spindles with a delicate bend, ample seat space and traditional "Boston Rocker" design.
The original 'Old Pine' finish has been restored, however, minor imperfections may still be noticed with close inspection. The item has been clear coated with a lacquer based finish and hand-rubbed to a satin sheen.
